I d see suppose I look at as when I first bought one , in the first year all the mistakes I made, turned sharp left to access campsite and forgot tailswing , scraped rear corner, ( my fault)
smashed 2 wing mirrors
( one was my fault)
Someone dented front wing while parked. Def not my fault
broke fly screen -my fault
Spare wheel broke off ( definitely not my fault Peugeot)
Didnt understand the cold water ‘dump’
Couldn’t get heating to work on twice

Scratched bodywork when I left awning winder hanging

and thats being a careful private owner!!!!

let dogs use it as a breeding and Sh**ing ground.
speeding Tickets hassle
Electrical checks and safety checks
fighting with renters who you dont want to refund deposits too
the list goes on and on and on.

Pros ?
earn some rent??...ID rather sell

I hired for a few times and did none of the above! Vet your clients first..
