Alas me think the warrantee is long past. Had enough trouble getting a dealer to help with a couple of issues just before it ran out 2 years ago.
Just looking at the stuff suggested by Funflair. Think I'll give them a call tomorrow to check before splashing out.

Might sound a little drastic but can't you, or pay someone who can, open up the mattress cover and physically cut an amount from the mattress, you could then attach ventilation boards to the walls also.
The mattress cover would obviously look amended but do you ever see it.
This all depends on how tall you are of course.
