On the other Concorde thread, where you posted that you picked it up on Tuesday, I was not sure if it was true and nearly posted

'I picked one up on Wednesday and was so impressed I went back for another on Thursday - for a spare. I might go back next week to pay for them'

Not if they parked you right at the front of the carriage on the "tunnel" and the doors came across and clobbered them, yes it did happen to somebody bringing their new van home. Don't think they were happy bunnies.

Yes, that nearly happened to us last month. It was our first crossing in our new vehicle and weren’t watching how close to the doors we were being asked to move. When the doors actually closed they missed the mirrors by a whisker. I think the member of staff was taking them into account but it was unnerving!
