Well thanks to you guys it's all sorted, had a good chat with Barclays this morning and they have agreed and refunded the full amount

Just ensure that your dad's computer is scanned for malware thoroughly. The company may well have installed software onto his machine that gives them access to his machine or sends them a key stroke log of his activities.
