Compass Drifter (1 Viewer)

Can anyone give me advise on what to look out for on a Compass drifter 360/E Merit sitting on a peugot boxer 2.5 diesel. Any good or bad points would be welcome. I am looking at one tomorrow

Dont know of any specific points other than the front chassis cross member which rot through....easy repair with no welding involved.
check for damp.
Dont rely on a visual check, Stick your head in cupboards etc....if it smells musty its probably damp so worth getting it checked properly.

Thanks for that, I am going armed with a damp meter! Sorry got another question (and probably a thousand more) is it a good idea to join the Caravan club, Caravan and camping club. both or neither
