My friend has this van and cant find operating manual anywhere. He bought from marquess they can't help. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Have a look in the Explorer Archive. Some of the motorhome handbooks are generic, covering all models for a particular year. Appliance manufacturers (e.g. Thetford, Truma, Dometic/Electrolux) publish manuals for many individual appliances on their web sites.
