We've been with Comfort ever since we got our motorhome for many years the price went down this year however all insurance premiums went up everywhere but a quick phone call which is always answered by a real person and you can always get a good deal with them

We tried NFU for a quote to be told they don't cover motorhomes !????

I don't know why it is but some NFU offices say that and others don't and are extremely helpful, NFU do insure motorhomes and American RV's my Hymer is insured with NFU as are quite a few other members motorhomes.

Just done renewal, have been with Comfort for 9 years.

Tried LV, Ripe, Red Pennant and NFU for comparison, but all more expensive.

Reduced mileage from unlimited to 10k, and Comfort went down by £125. Renewal about £750 now, and that includes UK and European accident/breakdown, and legal cover.

I don’t have breakdown as Mayday cover the van and both cars for £145, highest level of cover

Spoke to someone I know at NFUM HO, they said that as far they know, they still write this business and that they know of someone who recently got campervan insurance. Recommend you use: Mutual Direct 0808 134 3935

Been with Comfort for about 20 years but the premium has gone up about 20% so I gave them a ring. Not interested, take it or leave it. I am currently looking round for options.

I used Comfort for a few years and was pleased with the premiums/service (thankfully never had to claim) but changed a couple of years to Caravan Guard.

Found their policies had better cover in certain areas ( sorry, just in from an exhausting day and can't come up with anything more detailed )
