Discovered a crack in windscreen this morning, bit of inconvenience as we are off Wednesday for 7 weeks but as its passenger side think its OK to drive.
Anyway called Aviva on the number given in Comfort policy which goes to Aviva, press 2 for glass cover and get directed to National windscreens to arrange appointment. Obviously not likely to get fitted anytime soon if they have to order one from factory but at least they can get ball rolling.
Question is in the policy it says unlimited cover with Autoglass but 3k if any other company does it so does anyone know if Comfort/Aviva have changed supplier's for glass?
EDIT....
Just called Comfort (did not think open on Saturday afternoon but they were) and National windscreens are now part of the act and when you call the Aviva number you will get put through to either one.
