Has anyone with comfort insurance ever had to use there breakdown services if so was your experience good or bad also what company do they use.

I have used comforts breakdown and AA turned up... no complaints here..

It was a good few years ago and I actually rang Comfort rather than the breakdown number, not a problem just transferred straight through. RAC turned up in less than half an hour, diagnosed and repairs organised in another 20m - I know of course that's down to the RAC not Comfort, but I was reassured that they used a reputable service. Can't comment on AA I'm afraid.

Yes, had ABS failure and the AA attended at the roadside a couple of weeks ago. A bit of a wait but kept informed. Got me going and managed to get to a van and truck dealer for the repair

Used it about 4yrs ago with my last van when in southern Spain. Local garage turned out and could not fault the European call centre or the garage.
