Over the years I have bought a few dash mounted 12v fans but they have all been a fhart in a thunderstorm I am now wondering if the wonders of science has now produced one that is any better Any ideas from any cool drivers will be gratefully received Thanks

Yes, progress has been made. There is now a new device called "Air Con" which I can recommend!
