Well any way managed to block up pump
Pump fitted comet Lux-Plus Part number 1540.78.00
http://www.comet-pumpen.de/index.php?id=56&L=1

Do you take these apart and service or just replace They are about £25?
Or are there better pumps you can fit?
Looks straight forward to fit
Thanks

Comet pumps are fine. Try soaking yours in hand-hot water for a while. Give it a shake now & then - I'd expect it to clear. If not they are as straightforward to replace as they appear to be.

Why on earth would you clean the fresh water tank with a powder cleaner ?

almost guaranteed to clog the pump, or worse.

Your supposed to dissolve the powder first ....I've done mine a few times I dissolved it in boiling water and added to tank ....still has a funny taste though so only use for showers and washing up ....carry fresh water in bottles for drinking
