Cleaning plastic trim (1 Viewer)

The white plastic casings over the hinges of our Fiamma security door handle have weathered badly and are coated in green and black marks, which I have been unable to remove with soap and water, Mucoff or Fenwicks Black streak remover, even when encouraged with a stiff toothbrush.

Does anyone have an infallible solution?
