I have no issue with genuine people having them, my mom is a regular to Benidorm and it's the only place she can get out and move around so freely.. BUT over the years we have seen the drunken stag / hen groups. Families who use them for shopping and beach trips etc.. Th Brits get some stick, however the Spanish are just as bad...
Watch out for old Spaniards on old non rental scooters, they are the worst.. !!
