Had some issues with my van, started with a hesitation when accelerating off of roundabout and progressed to nothing happening for a couple of seconds when accelerating out of junction and finally stalling cutting out when changing down to enter a roundabout or stop at junction. there were no fault codes whatsoever but running with scanner attached fuel rail pressure was fluctuating when engine at a constant speed/tickover. had a new fuel pressure regulator fitted and all ok now.
Hope this info might help someone, seems odd that it did not show any fault codes, fortunately I have a great mechanic to sort this stuff out
