Ci Carioca 656 Panel

I have recently purchase a Ci Carioca 656 Motorhome and it has a panel shown below and I have 2 red lights showing and wondered what it’s model was so I can get a manual for it. Can anyone help?

Have the same panel in my rollerteam, if you photo with lights on I’ll try and explain, I may have a manual for the panel will look later.

The outer casing comes off to reveal screws if you wish to remove or get to the back of the panel. I have never needed to access the back of the panel but behind the panel on my van is all the main wiring loom so handy to access to run extra speaker cables reversing camera cable etc. The fuses, relays etc are all mounted in a separate black box behind the passenger seat as in 3rd photo.
