Chunnel Delays Again

6hrs waiting to get on Chunnel
Parking was horrendous.
And apart from the boring stuff on the departure board there’s a complete lack of information.
Sat on the train now .......12.30 pm but don’t seem to be moving

I have read you can claim compensation from them for delays over 3 hours? Not much consolation, I know, but if people claim it might encourage them to improve performance?

This is why I use p&o ferries..been caught too many times.
