Hi does anybody know what I need to fasten on the chrome raised buttons in my Autotrail Apache Motorhome 2010 Garage

??? Do you mean inside the living area ???

If so they are there for carpets that should come with the van, unless someone has removed them and sold van without the original carpets..

Angela says "in the garage" so could it be that they are raised press studs for fastening something, but I agree that a bit more information or even a photo would help.

More than toes wet now!
If you mean the "silver" domes on the floor of the garage with a torx recess in them that's the head of the bolts that hold the body to the chassis.
