Look in local free papers.
Also are you on Facebook ??
If so there are a few groups like Benidorm seriously and Benidorm holidays, these often have adverts for local business and seen a few Xmas / new year offers.

Many do not realise that you can walk into just about any hotel in Benidorm and pay under 15 Euros for lunch. Whether you would have to book for Christmas day I dont know, but if it was me I would just walk in and ask. Either way, one of the few places on earth you will not starve is Benidorm, if the worse comes to the worse, theirs always the Chinese.

We went to a Chinese for christmas day lunch last year. That was a disappointment. no Christmas atmosphere at all. No crackers, hats. festive anything. I didn't know about the hotels though. Thanks Dave.

You're in Spain. Why not try a Spanish restaurant?

Please dont tell me Benidorm has been overthrown by the Spanish whilst I have been away. Hang on in there men, reinforcements are coming.

Over 50% of all the tourists who visit Benidorm each year are in fact Spanish; domestic tourists coming on holiday there from other regions of Spain.
It is massively popular with Spanish people, particularly older/retired such people, outside of the high summer season.

You'll not go wrong with Ray's chippy, in the old town. I'm sure they'll be doing something christmassy with their excellent fish & chips.
