Chopping board Smev sink (1 Viewer)

I would like to find a chopping board that would sit over the Smev sink in my Hobby Van but I have not been able to find anything that fits as it has a shallow rim and a tap on one side. Has anyone with the same sink found a solution to fitting a chopping board into this style of sink?

It would seem by looking at it,a local Wood Butcher could soon knock one up to your liking...Sheet plastic,another material

any decent carpenter would be able to cut and rout a piece of hardwood to fit
