Chinese sat nav mount failed. (1 Viewer)

The rubber sucker has parted company with the mount on my sat nav. I've managed a temporary fix using one of those "scissor action" phone clamps but the sat nav is a bit too heavy for it. I remember a recent thread where a couple of folks had kicked their old units into touch due to file updating problems, so if yours is lying in a drawer unused, I would be most grateful of a mount off one if that's possible ? Happy to meet postage costs etc.

I had the same issue but fortunately found an inexpensive replacement on eBay. Maybe worth you doing a search on their site inputting your satnav model.

I vaguely remember that before going away and may even have donated but as @irnbru restricts access to the profile page I can't find anything. I imagine it's done inadvertently otherwise why do funsters do it?

You could be right ,I have a cupboard full of coax and mounts etc on reflection I think I binned the Chinese one with the box and this one is/was for a navman sat nav will go digging again

Had another dig around ,and that's the one I mistakenly thought was a Chinese one .
On the upside though I've found a CB mount and coax I've been looking elsewhere for ,must have a sort out

Just had a search on fleebay under suction mount and 00000's come up for a couple of quid..... that would you..

Hi, I purchased a replacement from ,http://www.cameraking.co.uk. This what fitted my gps ,hopefully this helps.

Thanks again. @Jimbohorlicks I won't be at either of those meets, not going anywhere at the moment till we get Blue sorted from whatever bug he picked up in Italy last month
@Paul and Kate, that would be a great help, I've looked at hundreds of different mounts on the net but there's too many variations, the genuine article is going to be the best option

There is a mount that you can put in one of the front vents, that's where we have ours, hence the suckered one is not used.
