I saw this list of fault codes thought it maybe useful

I had a E10 with a weak plug, the plug was working but not hot enough to ignite, and not broken to trigger E3. After eliminating that it wasn’t the fuel, changed plug and it fired right up. Also a good tip, heating oil burns so clean, that you never have to clean the chamber. Opened mine after two years, changed the gaskets, mesh and plug, the ignition and burn chamber was almost like new. Intermittently, I use heating oil as fuel, to clean the inside.👍

I always run my one full on for half HR before switching it off
Heating oil works great run my one in the van for for years with no problems
