Has anyone stayed at the Chickenrun in Portugal lately?
yes us and we had a great time
We stayed about a month ago. Can I help?
aha so you are the one.:Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1:
 Do you have the GPS co-ords please
They were in good standing here, but for some reason they just took to spamming the forum. Shame.
Yes I saw and could not understand why
We stayed there back in Feb and it's not bad at all :thumb:
We're at Chickenrun at the moment and loving it. According to our Garmin the co-ordinates are N 37.17282degrees W008.61254deg or N37deg10.369minutes W008deg36.752 minutes depernding on how you have it set up.
Hope that helps
Was just wondering what it's like now - hopefully still rustic & simple ...
I should be at The Chicken Run on 27th December for a few nights. Do I need to book?
Might be worth a call as they have several regulars. An English family run it so communication easy:thumb:
Yes, still very rustic and simple:thumb:. Very welcoming and great hosts. Came out today to a bag of Pomegranates, left by Lesley. Not for anyone who likes everything laid on, but bliss if you just want somewhere peaceful to park, with great views and somewhere to chill out.
When we were there Lesley gave us a carrier bag of oranges and grapefruit , very nice :thumb:
Sorry about the spam problem, hopefully sorted now. Safe travelling to you all x
Yes were still rural rustic with slight improvements xx
Thanks! Still intending a visit in the new year ... :thumb:
Hope Lesley has a good crop of oranges :thumb:
Oh yes Larry Wynn loads, your more than welcome to some, even if your just passing xxxx
