Hi Stewart, the only way to do that is to get in direct touch with the food festival at Chester, but I would not worry the majority of the van don't have electric and it is very expensive if you need any extra power I'm sure we will sort it out. When you get to Chester please introduce yourself to me so I know where you are, on arrival day it's always very busy so sometimes I don't always get to see everyone. Some years we do have really nice weather so hope there is no need to worry.
