Important notice regarding Car Parking at the Festival
Dear Customer

Due to the recent weather we do not have ability to park customer cars on the Grass Open Course at the racecourse which means we have limited parking on site and will merely accommodate Blue Badge holders. To avoid delays to your visit please consider parking in one of the many public car parks surrounding the racecourse.

CAR PARKS

There is one opposite the entrance to the racecourse, there is another on the corner of Saddlery Way and Sealand Road and is a short walk, there is the Little Roodee car park on the other side of the Grosvenor Bridge and then a very large car park called Linnenhall off the ring road at the top of Lower Water Gate st, less than 200 metres from the entrance. In total that is over 1000 car parking spaces all within 300 metres of the festival.

Our apologies for this inconvenience but the extreme weather conditions of the last 2 days have forced this upon us. Please be aware that this festival itself is inaffected by the weather in any capacity and we are very keen to see you. I hope you have a great time visiting us with the forecast for both Saturday and Sunday dry.

Oh dear really sorry for all of you parked on the race course, we live 5 mins away and have been watching the rain fall persistently.
We really hope it stops raining soon but we don`t think it will.

We can't get access to the electricity and our battery isn't going to last all weekend

Rain forecast to stop about 2ish, mainly dry tomorrow...

My AccuWeather app suggests rain stopping in about 10mins (it's already eased off), further patches until 1pm, then no more, dry - ssshh, even sunny spells Sunday - so I'm sticking (geddit) around...
That said I can see patches of standing water in places but nothing wellies can't handle .
