It hasnt spoilt my weekend at all, ive just got on with it. Enjoyed looking around the festival yesterday, even though it was cold, but managed to get inside to watch a couple of demonstrations and it was nice and warm in there. Enjoyed it in the Fun marque on both nights. Looking forward to going into Chester tomorrow for another look around once I am on solid ground with the van.

We had a about 3" overnight and the Woodhead will have had considerably more and on the exposed areas on the tops it drifts and fills in almost as soon as it is cleared.

Just a thought...I wonder what the cost implications are to repair that ground in comparison to providing temporary tracks to drive on and off, the only bloke that’s laughing is the tractor driver....loadsamoney
