Saw this on way home from France earlier this year, who would it suit?

I have a cherished plate on my car which I've had for 25 years.

I was looking for one for my Morelo Palace and back in November found PA 14 CEX (PALACE X) for £950 but when I went online today to actually snag it, someone else had beat me to it! Grrr!:(

So, I did a little thinking and walked away with this beauty - AM O3 ELO (A MORELO) for £250 - look out for it down the road!

First thing we did was put a 57 plate on our new 15 plate M H. People tell me it looks very good for its age. Some tell me it's a form of showing off. To me it relates to both of us and the vehicle.

Mine is hardly showing off - changing a 67 plate for an 03 doesn't really do that. Anyway, I don't see it as showing off - people can see it however they like but its of no business of anyone but you.

I see TAX 1 or (TAXI) is expected to sell for around £100k as it's at auction today I think

Well done for that and both that you quote are fairly apparent when attached to your vehicle. We like to see the non apparent ones and sometimes spend many happy miles trying to guess what the message is supposed to be.
For what it's worth I prefer the one you got and not for the price but it has a more solid look to it.

Thanks, its worth loads. :)
My imagination isn't that good I'm afraid so I normally go for the more obvious one's

Our plate is only special to us, it has the wife’s initials, the motorhomes year and my initials and it only cost £250 from the DVLA site. Means nothing to anyone who sees it but a nice touch for us. (y)

When we chose our number plate last year we could have had FEK or FAF at the end but my missus put her foot down. Sadly Oh Please! was already taken :)

As for the OP - it would suit me just fine, and I don't care what its number plate says.

We bought a Hymer Exsis anx trawling through DVLA website, I saw EX 51 SSS and i wanted to manipulate it to read EXSIS 55 (as it is a 55 plate) but local shop said no so left it as it is. Cost £250.00..
Comments include, 'that was lucky to get that number plate on that vehicle' 'Is that a real number plate', 'who's number plate is that'
Anyway, that's why my name on here is EX51SSS (because i stole it from the owner).
I wish I'd have bought the one near to it (EX51STS)

Same here, two motors with the wife's initials, house number and my initials, second vehicle the same combo and the next number which is also a previous house, and both vehicles showing older plates. Never forget our numbers.

Got to agree with DVLA and £250 ones. We got 3, all with SWMBO’s initials and my nickname @Mr B
