I’m sure I’m probably the last to know about them but here goes.
we bought one of these for the van but we’re so pleased with it that we use it indoors much more than the electric ones.

For those who can't chop efficiently they're great - I carry a full set of Chef's knives so don't really consider these as more than space taking items - Not for me

The missus uses one in the house, I'm happy with an 8" chefs knife.

The limit in my van's kitchen isn't storage, it's worktop space. The huge 3 burner hob and sink doesn't leave a lot of space to perch on. We've got a dinky chopping board and knives, but it's not that convenient. I'm wondering if this would be easier...
