We've had 2 days of absolutely glorious sunshine, and the forecast in the South isn't too bad.
We're flying the MHF pennant at Worthing (superb little cs with views, buzzards overhead and owls at night). Any Funsters in the area?
There's Christmas, New Year (ok, I hate both) to look forward to and a whole world out there for next year to enjoy, plan for, travel to, meet friends.
Let's get optimistic - how about some FUN posts???

Well said Jan, its going to be a good weekend weatherwise, lets make the most of it. We are travelling down to Worthing for a M.C.C. rally on Saturday. Looking forward to a walk along the sea front followed by a fish & chip lunch.
Whereabouts is the CS you are staying at, it sounds really nice, might be one for us to visit next year.

We're happy puppies now. Persuaded Steph's Mum to let us get carers involved with her. We now get 4 days off a week and every 4th week off :thumb: Feels like we have a life back and as a bonus Mum's as happy as Larry. So off in the m/home every month for a week .....ahhhhh heaven. :Cool::thumb:

Have only been here a week so not exactly got our bearings yet. Where is your rally? This little site is beautiful, sloping (quite a bit), very quiet and beautiful. Sadly not suitable for a meet, but for relaxing highly recommended.

Hi Jan

Our rally is being held at a school near to the centre of Worthing. School facilities are being used for an AGM on Sunday. Had a look on multi map, Clapham is on the A280 I believe, may make a slight detour on the way home and have a nosey about if we have time. Will say hello if we see you.

Yes, off the 280 on a LH bend. Be careful, the A27 is closed for 3 nights from 10th. Have a great weekend. Hopefully we'll see you, you can't miss us.

We are happy, sold the house moved into the new Park Home and settled down nicely. :thumb:
Love it here, like being on holiday every day.
Next trip, Singapore to see the family, then off South for the winter. :thumb:

Went to Worthing today - millionaire's row or what? A superb place, quite unlike Bognor which made us feel suicidal just driving through!
Good weather continues; buzzards circling above us, goldcrests in the tree, unidentified beasties in the shower, all great fun
