Thoughts:
- Gas bottle fixtures UK or EU? (I guess this is implied, arguably)
- Haunted? Can be a hell of a problem, especially if you get a poltergeist in the Thetford or something.

Looks great and works OK on my iPad

Couple of things to consider:-—

Gas : External BBQ connection, Truma regulator installed correctly ( higher than gas bottle outlet)
Water: External shower connection, hose and showerhead
Elecs: 230v socket outlets working, 12v and USB outlets working
Tyres: Replace if older than 5 years old

specifically check keys present for any lockable add ons - eg roof bars / boxes

confirm if tracker fitted and any contract with contact to change ownership

connect to any wireless systems - inet heating, mifi system, cab radio etc, or check instructions and PIN included with paperwork

Works on iphone and ipad

Interior- Check work tops.

- Run finger around under edge of work tops. Caught us out. Beautiful worktops. Went to load fridge
for first trip and big gouges on underside of worktop above fridge, van had to go back to IH,
involved removing wardrobe above and a lot of work for them. Presume it had happened when
they put fridge in, would have been a devil if we’d bought abroad. IH collected van and did it and
brought it back so OK for us.

A brilliant idea Jim. It worked well with my old steam driven laptop and ancient software.

A suggestion. A free from box at the end in which the writer / purchaser can record any problems found and the solutions agreed between him / her and the supplier including corrective action, when and where they will be corrected, etc, etc. A further box for the supplier to add his / her signature.

Only tried on a laptop, from Firefox.

email good to a proper email address, with a DKIM pass from Thunderbird.

email also good to gmail and Yahoo, and not flagged as spam/invalid/etc. However, gmail says DKIM failed, with an SPF pass. Yahoo also gives a DKIM fail and SPF pass, and gives 'unknown' for DMARC.
MS webmail is pickier, so may give you a delivery issue.

pdf looks good. What pdf generation software are you using?

Note that the pdf is complete, showing all the empty fields, even if you just fill in the first couple of lines (mail address and reg). However, the emailed version is not complete, and only shows the first couple of lines.

I personally would change 'Click here to start', because it ends up in the the email and the pdf, and of course can't be clicked.

Maybe add a line of checking all the manuals and operating instructions for not just the makers conversion and for the cab (fiat / whatever) but also all the books for the appliances (fridge, truma, hob, alarm, etc) and any extras (alarm, awning, satnav, smoke & Co detector, etc) are there?

Useful checklist for both buying & selling.

I didn't "check" any of the items in the list and consequently saved nowt, apart from the section titles. Assume the final emailed list will include all aspects.

Suggest a section for Test Drive (although this should have been done prior to handover):
▪ wheel bearing rumble when turning left/right
▪ bodywork rattles
▪ gearbox function in all gears (forward/reverse) without slippage or judder
▪ undue wind noise at speed
▪ consider requesting an auto technicians report for the base vehicle, including test drive observations
