Check scuttle

With leaves falling and all this rain it might be worth checking the drain holes on the van scuttle are not blocked by fallen leaves.

Timely advice given the current weather.

I unblocked the middle drain hole last week. Choked by black leafy gunge. Used a short piece of bamboo to shift the gunge then sluiced it through with the watering can. All 3 drain holes now clear.

Get the pipe brush set from Lakeland. I keep one in each drain to keep the rubbish out. Just bend the wire handles to 90 degrees to keep them in place and avoid wiper mechanisms
