Worth a gamble ?

£68 for two people return (£34 each) !.

What is not to like ?

Unless you live far from the airport or cannot get a lift, it will no doubt cost you more in a TAXI to the airport

October 2017 Ryanair had a £2 sale on ,got flights out to Majorca for 2x£2 and flight back for 2x£25 (£27 each and that was when a decent size carry on bag was included) got a hotel in Cala Rajada for £100 bed and breakfast for 7 nights . Hired a car for same price as flights but most of the touristy resorts were closed but still plenty of places to visit.

We have been lucky, so-far. Just hoping it stays that way.

I avoid Ryanair, we used to be easyJet plus members until brexit/covid. But as we only fly with easyJet now. They invited us to their free regular flyers club. Se we can change flights for free. Only downside is no credit of the flight is cheaper.

I’ve booked the December flights above.

Over the years I have preferred easyJet to Ryanair, but sometimes there is no choice on a particular route.

If there is choice, even if the easyJet flight is more expensive, when one counts the door to door costs of easyJet to the main airports compared with the Ryanair to out-of-town ones, where the only bus is Ryanair's, at their ticket price, then easyJet win for both cost and convenience.

what are your thoughts on the age of aircraft in jet2's fleet?
