Try 151 PVC cleaner:thumb: (orange bottle) between £1 and £2 a bottle from the cheap shops . shifts all black streaks and green algae like magic
myself and my brother inlaw have been using the stuff on our vans for a few years and works as well as stuff 3 times the price.
also brings most plastics up like new

Yes 151 is a brand found in pound shops and cheapo shops . the cleaner is hard to come buy but worth looking for, it's in a orange squirty bottle
last time i found some i took a he had mind you that was only 3 bottles!
B&Q also sell similar stuff. its designed for cleaning your PVC windows so you lot can do both the house and the van
