Hi.. Strangely enough I'm looking to do exactly the same on my chausson x250 maxi. I'm going to visit a company called Flowtech not too far from me as it seems they can make one up easily.

Thanks sdc77, looks like I will have to get one made up too, unless I extend the exhaust and fit a shorter tailpipe which are readily available, but prefer to keep to existing size. will have a look at flowtech.

We had a complete stainless system made for our 5 yr old Transit based Chausson.

I think Chausson use the least corrosion-resistant steel known to man for their exhaust extensions!

Hi, depending on what you need (I only wanted an extension tailpipe on my previous Chausson flash 09 ,) you could try these people, who have a good name.

I made a new one from commercial exhaust bends for my oddessee 92 bought from local lorry suppliers special shape but made from 3 bends off the shelf sizes. It is my step which caused the problem of fit.

I have done it now and I have brought the pipe outlet to the rear of the step so the fumes are behind it when driving.
Seems alright but MOT tomorrow morning.
