I,m a newbie
Just bought a two year old Ford Chausson 18 (private sale)
Wish I had come accross this site before we made the purchase, I would have paid more attention to the gadget operation.
Didn't ask nor spent enough time to see all appliances in operation and although have all manuals with the MH, having difficulty working the heater.
anyone have any suggestions?
Also same problem with hot water heater! appears not to heat water....

yours
A complete novice..... :Eeek:

Have you got gas going to the other appliances (hob, oven, fridge)? Have you any lights on the controls? Is it a Truma boiler? Does it have two controls?

Gas or electric on first.

Two knob controls

Top one is power in, wavy line electric, flame gas, or a combination of both.

If the boiler has lit the top knob will be green if fault it will be red, return zero and switch on again.

Bottom knob is out put hot water only, hot air only or a combination of both.
