If you have a fast connection and you zoom and switch to satellite you'll find two places and a campsite. One aire by the canal looks great, quite large but busy when the pic was taken. I don't think you can book aires.

have zoomed in on that and i agree the one near the river does look good for the night just wondering if i will get on as i thought i would stop there and then somewhere in switzerland the next night don't know where though? before heading for the site in venice the next day
any good swiss stopovers for one night?

Hi Paulus

The Campingcar Infos site states that the aire de service at Charmes has 100 placements so you should not have a problem getting parked up. Cost is €6 per night, no booking.
