Dont forget to select Leisure battery

I'm fairly certain that an Autotrail of your vintage has the facility to charge either engine or leisure batteries by simply pressing the button on the control panel above the habitation door. I know it doesn't charge both simultaneously ad its not an automatic switchover but you can select which battery receives the charge from the mains charger.

D.

I think i'm right in saying that if you do use the method dave newell has quoted you must select Leisure battery once engine battery is charged or the engine battery will be drained by any habitation appliance
