Changing to New top for my work top and tables (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
I am working on changing the Formica on the worktops and tables,and bought a sheet of Formica torecover them.I would like advice.
Bonding,Method of cutting,any tips and could I sand the old formica down and bond on top ?
