Changing shuttle booking question (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if you can change your shuttle booking on line or do you have have to ring up?
Also is there a minimum notice period ? Our booking is for next Thursday so have we left it too late?
Any advice appreciated

I think it depends how you booked it. We use the frequent traveller system and can change any booking on line up to 24 hours before departure.

How much do you want to change it by, if only time of day , best to just draw up and let them put you on a different one, useualy no charge.

I have often changed my bookings and never encountered any problems. Sometimes there is an extra charge to pay for choosing a more expensive time slot. I always telephone customer services.

i think you can change your booking up to 24 hours in advance and for 1 year from the date of the original booking as we have changed ours twice already and only paid the difference in price if the booking is more which it was by £10. We will be changing ours again as now cannot make it and will push it out to next year now (our original date was April2016 so we have till April 2017 to use it or lose it)

We changed our booking on the day without any problems the staff at the Euro shuttle are really helpful.

The website says I can't do it on line now (maybe too late,)
But can't ring on my German simcard as it's just not working .
I can't ring till.im.back in England which is the day before. Fingers crossed

You have up to 24 hours after your booked travel time to amend your booking.
Beware once 24 hours has past you've lost it so make the call.

We did it last month had a breakdown on the way to Folkestone so missed our train and it was gonna take a week to fix. Rang eurotunnel within 24 hours changed my booking for 7 days later no cost or could have parked the ticket for up to 12 months. As it was the problem was fixed earlier than expected so just rang again and changed it to a day earlier again no cost. The only time you incur a cost is if the crossing you want costs more than your original in which case you have to pay the difference.

If you paid for it using Tesco vouchers you can only do it by ringing up but before you do have a look at thir website for what the prices are for the date/time you now want, to see what the options are - makes the call shorter and cheaper if you know what you want!
