changing password (1 Viewer)

can anyone help me to change my password. i forget the first one and logged on as forgoten. i was sent a temp p/word and told to follow link to change it. i cant seem to do it.
any help please.

tried what you said, but when i press cp it takes me to where you said but when i click on to email & passwords it just takes me to vbullitens messages. is that right, i may be being dumb.
