Changing old TV to new flat screen? (1 Viewer)

I came across this step by step process of changing an old type tube TV to a flat screen model and thought some may find the pics and method interesting:

it just goes to show how easily a post can be mis-interpreted.:Blush:

i read the post and thought 'how difficult can that be, just plug in the coax and scart leads, switch on and tune in'.

I did a similar thing with mine after hitting my head on the TV cabinet over the drivers seat!

This is similar to how it looked originally (not mine)

Took out the tv and cabinet

Cut the original cabinet down

Then made a bracket from sheet steel to angle the TV down slightly and fitted a 26" LCD
