You can buy the swivels that bolt to the seat base and often can change the seats fitted to suit the conversion. Marcle leisure sell them https://www.marcleleisure.co.uk/

Also look on YouTube.
There are videos that show the conversion.

Will these work?

I believe that the t5 and 6 seat base is smaller than the Citroen and Fiat bases, with different mounting holes

No
The holes will not match up.

But I think a Citroen and a Peugeot swivel seat holes may line up, if you get the correct year.
Frankly you are better off getting the correct fitting for the model/year, otherwise it will be a real bodge to fit and may be a MOT fail.

Consideration 1: swivelling bases add to the seat height. If you're shorter, it might make the seat uncomfortable on even the lowest setting.

Consideration 2: you need a fair amount of clearance around the driver's seat with a swivel. Depending on your layout, it might not be that useful. Our previous van had a cabinet immediate behind the driver's seat. Although you could swivel it, it was barely worth the hassle as the best you could do was swivel to face the passenger seat, which didn't give a lot of leg room and you had the steering wheel where your elbow wanted to go. And some models will only swivel with the handbrake off, which is irritating!
