Changing Frequent Traveller bookings on Eurotunnel only by phone online changes not possible.

My Frequent Traveller has been extended for a year until November 2021. Just tried to change bookings online - changing the dates of those booked for this summer to later in the year. Kept getting an error. I have been told via the online chat that the only way to make these changes is on the phone.

Changed mine about 3 days ago. No issues.
moved from 8th June to morning of 15th June

...I was trying to move the bookings into the extension period. So it did work for me if I wanted to travel before my FT wallet expired in 2020 but would not allow changes into the new extended period (up to November 2021). Out of curiosity Ali n Tim and Suavecarve were you changing beyond the expiry of this years FT into the extended period?

Yes and have had confirmation email.

It depends when you took out your original Frequent Traveller ticket. Earlier tickets are no longer compatible with their new on-line booking system, that is why you have to phone up. It was all explained in the email I got a few weeks ago telling me they were going to extend it for a year. The email also gave the phone number to call.
