I'm New!
I've got a Changeover valve with a Gaslow bottle on one side and a calor on the other. Currently its set to the Gaslow bottle. I've been turning the bottle off overnight or when I'm not using it for a couple of days. (Currently on the drive as a home office)

When I come back to it the changeover has switched to red.

I assume this worked off pressure and with the bottle closed it would stay green as nothing changing in the pipe?

Should I be worried theres a leak? Or is it temperature changes? Or is that just what they do.

It had a gas certificate done last week, but as you might have seen form my post about new locker doors, I'm not happy with the work that was done at all.

When you shut down and turn the botte off do you shut all gas appliances off as well ? I am thinking you could have say a fridge or water heater that has a pilot light that's using the gas until the pressure is gone - otherwise you may have a gas leak

It was allegedly gas checked last week, but see my other thread for that saga.

The internal isolators are open and it’s currently on EHU so it could be a pilot light. But the fridge is fully switched off at the minute.

Probably normal we have a C remote if I turn both bottles off the red indicator light inside the van lights up which is the same indication you get if it's swapped to the second bottle.
