Rally Chat Change of vehicle reg after booking (1 Viewer)

I've recently booked for our first show (staying in Fun area) at Malvern in August but have now changed the registration plate on the van. I have my windscreen pass here but it obviously won't match the vehicle when we arrive. I'm guessing lots of people change vans between booking and arrival. Any ideas what I need to do?

Contact them as I forgot last year and it caused a bit of hassle getting it sorted once there.

You could change the front number plate to the previous plate before you drive on then change it back
once you are pitched up.

One reason why I boycott Warners shows.
Once they have your money they are less than helpful, to be polite....no, stuff polite...they are a f#ckin nightmare to talk to.

I just turned up, explained on the gate no problems, was about 3 years ago. It wasn't a problem.

I rang the organisers and they just said change the number on the ticket/email.

I phoned them to, they said just alter ticket. no problems.

I emailed them as suggested. They told me to amend the number and gave me a reference number to write next to it.
