Last time we used the tunnel a couple of years ago I was able to log in to my booking with the password to change the dates of travel. This time the system would not let me and I had to hang onto the phone for over 30 minutes to make the changes and it cost me £12. Has anyone else experienced this?

Changed mine last week online, wasn’t an issue.

Did you book on line or with Tesco vouchers.
If Tesco then you can only change on the phone.
I have had no problems changing my booking on line.

I booked on line using Tesco vouchers in March; 2 weeks ago I was able to change my booking online. You go to my booking then click on "edit".

Changed mine this morning hope you got it sorted.

I thought any ticket booked with Eurotunnel only lasted 12 months before it expired.
Unless you alter it within that timescale - and then it is okay.

Because of Covid ticket validity was extended several times. Ours were bought in 2019 and are now valid to the end of 2022.

I booked on line but when I tried to change the date the system wouldn’t let me. I’ve just done a ‘trial run’ for when I’m away and it still won’t let me which is a pain when you are abroad. Guess I’ll just have to live with it😟
