Change Bulb DRLs too LED DRLs

Hi all

Ive checked the search and could not find an answer to my specific question, I have a Swift Escape on a Fiat Ducato chassis which has Bulb type DRLs, I have seen other Fiats with Led strip type DRLs so can you straight swap my Bulb DRL headlamp type for the LED type DRL headlamp ?
