As a total Euro virgin any advice would be greatly appreciated 
We are planning to drive down to Chamonix in early to mid June Dover to Calais then taking the most direct route avoiding toll roads. Any places of interest on route where we could stop? Don't mind taking a couple of days to drive down but ideally need campsites to stop at as we have no loo or are there Aires with toilets? Do we need to book sites at this time of year? Any recommended campsites in the Chamonix Valley? Any other questions i should ask?
