We are leaving for France in a couple of weeks armed with new Caxton card, just wondered do French ATM's charge for taking money out or is it similar to the UK and you need to read the small print !

We have never been charged for withdrawing cash from our Caxton Card.
We have used it in France, Spain and Italy.

Private ATM's will have a clear notice if there is a charge just like they do here like at motorway services
