We travelled north today past Peniscola and into Catalonia, when we got to Amposta on the N340 the traffic came to a standstill, lots of locals seemed to know what to do, either turning round or turning onto dirt tracks. I could see with the binoculars about 500m away A load of demonstrators blocking the road as the police looked on and did nothing.
Tonight the news channel was full of it, seems like they're all over Catalonia (or maybe they're not as bad as they seem)
Has anybody else travelled through the region and seen anything? I'm thinking of heading up to Zaragoza to avoid it.

We'd like to but it's bloody freezing, 6° in Benidorm this morning. Might as well be at home if we need a coat.

If you would like to make the ° symbol when typing, you can use these methods:
  1. On PCs - hold down the Alt key and on the numeric keypad on the right of the keyboard, type 0176, or Alt+ 248 When you release the Alt Key, a ° should be there.
  2. On Macs - option shift 8.

°°° by jove it works!!!(y) and I may even be able to remember because 0176 is almost the STD code for where i used to live.

Nothing to report today, we're now in France and didn't see any more disruption. Must have been a one day event (y)
Until next time (n)

Not got that, is it on a smartphone?
The Swift keyboard is an add on, available on any Android device I think. If you go to the Play Store and search for Swift Keyboard you should be able to find it. You can also add languages to get ë, é, ê, è etc :) It is uncannily good at predicting the next word you want to write.
