I can recommend the "Punchbowl and Ladle" at Penelewey , just down the road towards the King Harry Ferry on the B3289, decent pint of the Cornish Lager as well as excellent meals at a fair price.

As with Gary @Just smiffy if I can be of assistance, am only a PM away.

Out and about today ,Mousehole,Lands End & St.Michaels Mount.sorry about the dark pics, only using I-pad
Try and go to the Minack Theatre on the cliffs near Porthcurno - well worth a visit especially if you can get to a performance otherwise perhaps rehearsals in the daytime. https://www.minack.com/
I also like the Lost Gardens of Heligan which is reasonably close to The Eden Project though a bit East of you but perhaps on the way back?

Portleven for a walk around followed by fish n chips or pasties.

Roseland peninsula is our preferred location, eat at the Kings Head Ruan Lanihorne or Roseland Inn for nice eats. We often have a ice creams at St Mawes from Fudge and More, sometimes eat at the Rising Sun, but it’s a bit of a lottery. Punch bowl and ladle is ok, Yew Tree Cafe near Chacewater is great.

Well that`s our 13th year & still loving it.
I married a Falmouth girl so we know the area very well, have stayed at Carnon Downs many times, Simon has made a fantastic job there, possibly the best site in the country, the individual shower rooms are a luxury and no mistake.

Charlestown is worth a visit, take the King Harry ferry and drive over to Portscatho and discover the hidden hut, fantastic food.

The butchers in Truo's Pannier market is excellent, park in tesco's and walk into town using the underpass, watch your parking times they take a photo as you go in but you only have to spend £3 to get 2 hrs parking.
